When we started to work with the Seed Processing Holland rotary pelleting machines for onion and carrot seeds, our process capacity rapidly increased after this investment. And the good thing is, they have all necessary complementary advanced equipment like, powders feeders, pan and rotary coaters, calibrators, sizers and fluidized drying machinery.

Seed Pelleting Pan
Pelleting in a pan is highly suitable for the conventional filling of irregular shaped seeds like e.g. lettuce or carrot seeds by adding powders and water in a coating pan. Because of this process, pelleted seeds have a uniform round shape and will be easier mechanically seeded or planted.

Rotary Seed Pelleting
Rotary Pelleting is very suitable for a very fast filling or encrusting of irregular shaped seeds like onion or beet seeds, by adding powders and liquids in a rotary chamber. Because of this process, pelleted seeds have an uniform shape and will be easier mechanically seeded or planted.
